The venue's position was remote. The room was beautifully maintained and exceptionally good with an elliptical walking machine a TV towels, water available, a desk a sofa, had the best night sleep. The staff was good, kind.

Convenient location for the airport and Messe. Decent restaurant and excellent staff. Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable overall. Ideal for those passing through, close to main roads. Good price, with free tea and coffee in the room.

The room was nice . Good price without breakfast.

There was not air condition (does not work). Breakfast varied but not so good and not good value for money.

No mini bar, no free access to internet, hopeless shower facility, 30 minut waiting time for taxi, problematic shuttle bus, weak airconditioning slow service at the bar.

Comfy and wonderful rooms with the view of garden that we truly enjoyed. The private parking was on site, very good service.

This place is conveniently located close to the airport, making it very convenient if you have early flights or need to catch a connecting flight. The airport shuttle service is available and can be quite helpful. The staff here is excellent and provides exceptional service. They are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist guests. The restaurant on-site offers delicious meals and the staff here is also friendly and accommodating.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good value for money and very close to Ratingen for Business. 20Mins in the car from the airport so not walking distance ;-)

This place is modern and brand-new with a sleeping sofa, and the breakfast choices are incredibly nice.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near Dusseldorf Airport. the staff at Mercure were absolutely top class, always friendly and polite. They even ordered taxis for us every morning, and they would arrive within five minutes. the rooms were clean and roomy, and we loved having a bathtub. the hotel was surprisingly welcoming and clean, despite its appearance from the outside. We were especially impressed with the soundproofing in our room. it was excellent value for money, and we would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Cons: No issues at all during our stay. 🚫.

the price/value ratio. It was extremely expensive for a single room ( 235 euro without breakfast) and they charged 7 euro for the wifi. No minibar in the room.

it might not be the best hotel if you dont travel by car.

The location is perfect, just 3 km away from a beautiful church at Kirche im Fliednerdorf.
